Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact info@kk-tronics.com within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product. If the items are returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund. The product must be returned to the location it shipped from within 14 calendar days of notifying us.
NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and insure or declare the full value of your package for safe return so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking or insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped out on next working day after payment is cleared. A track number will always be provided to buyer by email within 24 hours once we post your order.
