Economic Flat Rate Repair

No advance payment is needed. Once we receive and fixed your unit, I'll install it in my known good computer and boot up in windows. A short video will be recorded and shared with you as proof of result via youtube. You then make payment and we then ship the working unit back to you. All you need to do is : unmount it, ship to us and mount working board back to your computer.

Once repair successfully, a proof of working test video will be uploaded for you to view (NO payment is required before that).

Our location: We have different addresses in USA /UK / Germany / AU / CA / Mainland China, etc. You can request the most convenient address you prefer to post to. Usually domestic postage is 10 usd only (USA client). For European client, can post to my Germany or UK address. We will cover back shipping service once repair successful.

All units we receive will be forwarded to electronic lab for fully inspection and repair. All needed IC chips and SMT have been fully prepared and repair just takes a few days. In order to save cost for both parties, we will use fedex expedited to send working units out, so total turnover time is 30 days on average (from you post to us till you receive working board). This service is only suitable for user who is NOT urgent. Otherwise , please buy good working units directly from us. You can consider shipping your bad units to us later and we can purchase that to reduce your total cost.

Technical level: I will surgically locate and replace the faulty chips without damaging your base board.

Cost Saving: This service brings a lot value to user who owns severeal units and run a factory (printing , machining), because to buying a sameunits priceis 700-1000 usd on market (either used or new). Our base repair service can save more than 50%. We also provide warranty same as new unit. We can also provide warranty one a yearly basis.

Additional coating protection The original unit doesn't have anti-humidity coating protection in fact. Thus it doesn't work reliable during humid machining enviroment. I will apply a thin coating to improve the protection and make the unit more reliable.

Some typical symptoms including but not limited to:
• Unit doesn't start at all.
• Unit starts but shut down almost immediately. (the multimeter can still detect voltage output but only lasts for nearly one second
• Unit can start and operate, but shut down within 24 hours (not reliable at all).
• Unit starts and operate normally, but the computer reboot occasionally.
